Takara recalls how he liked Taishin right from the moment they met, especially since his eyes are like marbles. He invites Taishin to his place and when it gets late, he asks him to stay over and the two end up cuddling, trying to hide their embarrassment.
Soon enough, others begin to notice just how close they are. Akira points out to Takara that Taishin will be lonely once he is gone. Takara is bothered by that and that night, invites Taishin to hike with him on a nearby mountain. He tells him he has something important to say but Taishin suggests they talk about it on the mountain.
The next morning, the two go on a hike at the mountain which turns out to be the first one Taishin hiked. They set up camp and that night, Takara finally reveals his plan to hike around the world with his grandfather after graduation. Taichi is sad about this as Takara asks if they should end their relationship. He describes himself as selfish like his Mom who always has to have their way without caring about anything. He would want Taishin to go with him but still leaves the choice to him. Taishin immediately refuses to end the relationship adding that he wants to be with Takara for ever. The two end up kissing. Takara agrees happy that Taishin will still only have eyes for him. The two end up playing naughtily in the tent.
The next day, after parting with Takara, Taishin rushes home to see his mother after getting a text message that she’s in trouble. However, when he arrives, turns out it isn’t quite serious. His mom just injured her ankle. Taishin’s sister had sent him the text so he could come home since he hasn’t been home in a long time.
That night, Taishin and Takara speak on the phone. The next morning, Taishin goes to visit his childhood friend Daisuke, mistakenly leaving his phone behind. Takara calls and his mother picks up. He is surprised to hear her voice but feels warmed when the mother thanks him for cheering up Taishin after the death of his parrot. She tells him to always be beside him and invites him to visit their home whenever he wants. Taishin returns to get his phone only to discover his mother has it and is talking to Takara. Takara smiles as he overhears them bickering.
When Taishin returns to Tokyo, he wants to see Takara but decides against it since it’s late. But he is surprised when Takara suddenly shows up at his place. At first, he carried a pan thinking it was a stalker but was relieved at the sight of him.
However, to his surprise, Takara falls into his arms, hugging him so tightly they end up entangled on the ground. Takara tells him he had no idea how it would feel to miss someone so much because before he knew it, he found himself at his house. Taishin confesses he misses him as well and apologises for not coming because he thought he would be annoyed if he just showed up. But Takara just hugs him tightly as they rest on the floor and tells him he didn’t know why he felt anxious when Taishin was away and wished he could stay with him forever. He is afraid of himself, that he might suddenly do bad things and hurt Taishin. But Taishin cries happy tears because of how much Takara likes him.
He tells Takara to stop doubting himself and that if he doesn’t like something, he will tell him. So far, he hasn’t done something he doesn’t like. He tells Takara he likes him the most and encourages him to always be open to him like he just did.
Takara laughs and calls Taishin amazing for suddenly flirting with him. Then he gets serious and hugs Taishin, thanking him.
Sometime later, while strolling to Taishin’s home, Takara asks about Daisuke, indicating he is jealous. When Taishin points out his jealousy, he admits he is possessive and pathetic for getting jealous over Taishin’s childhood friend. He realises how ridiculous it was for him to show up out of the blue last night but he doesn’t regret it since it felt good to see someone he likes.
Taishin, surprised grabs his hand and asks Takara if he likes him. Takara laughs, calls him dumb before answering him with a kiss.
