Hae in flashbacks to the time she met with the doctor at the hospital. She had told him her symptoms, how she often forgets what she did after hours had passed. She suffers from headaches and time always seems to skip for her. It was how she ended up not meeting Soo hyun that day he invited her to the lounge. Hae in asks the doctor what her problem was and he replies that she was suffering from cloud sytoma. A rare brain disease that currently has no cure. He finally tells her that she has only three months to live, leaving Hye Won in despair.
Now, Hye Won is discussing with Hae in. She’s still in disbelief over her diagnosis. She says she has always maintained a healthy lifestyle. Yet, she’s shocked she got such a disease. Hye won tries to calm her down and tells her that the doctor probably made a misdiagnosis. They would go back to him tomorrow to recheck. He tells her he is so worried that he wouldn’t be able to sleep that night
But he actually has a good night sleep, waking up refreshed. Her family’s mistreatment of Hae in must have really gotten to him that he even felt like Hye won dying was the best opportunity for him to escape her family because now, he wouldn’t have to divorce her himself. This means he was pretending to care all along.
Hye Won then enters Hae In’s room to check on her. But he finds her still asleep which is odd because she’s often the first to be awake. She also looks unconscious. Fearing she’s dead, she gets an inch close to her face but Hye Won wakes up and flustered, he quickly kisses her. Hae in is surprised and asks what he’s up to. Hye won responds embarassed that he was giving her a good morning kiss. Hae in remarks that he looks well rested unlike her who turned and tossed all night. Hye Won tries to disagree but the truth is obvious. Hae In leaves without another word
On the drive to the hospital, Hae In warns Hye Won not to tell the rest of her family about her diagnosis because she still had to ensure she joins the one trillion club. She says it’s only her and Hye won who knows about her disease so if it gets spread around, she would know it was him who is responsible. Hye won asks why he doesn’t want her family to know. Hye won responds that they would be happy and kick her out of her house. After she’s dead, they would fight over who has her wealth. She would never let that happen, over her dead body. Hye won becomes uncomfortable hearing this especially since he isn’t really being honest.

There’s no way she can end up like that woman. Then she leaves.
Hye won arrives at the company and meets with her mother who says she’s here to speak with Hye Won. She tells Hae in that Soo Cheol suffered a panic attack. Hye Won is hurt and tells Seon hwa that she had also told her she had something bothering her. She asks if she wasn’t curious to know what it was but her mother overlooks it saying she has always been able to take care of herself. Hye Won nods and says she should leave but Seon hwa insists on seeing Hye won but Hae In prevents her threatening that if she continued to provoke her and Hye Won, she would make the life of her precious son miserable of which Seon hwa tells her to try. (They have a really bad relationship between them)
Meanwhile, Hye Won meets with his friend Yang ki at a restaurant. Yang ki decides to risk his career and handle his divorce case from Hae in but to his surprise, Hye Won tells him he is no longer divorcing Hae in. When he asks, Hye Won tells him to meet him somewhere private.
The two go to a parking lot near a lake and that’s when Hye Won tells Yang ki about Hae in. He says he should keep it a secret. Yang ki feels guilty for being happy for his friend, saying that after Hae In’s death, he would inherit all her wealth. But Hye Won reveals that she already left a will. In that will, she left him nothing. Yang ki then tells him that he sees what’s happening as a godly intervention. At their home, Hye Won’s family gather and Mi Seon begs her mother to do something to stop Hye Won’s divorce but his mother makes no effort to as she yells that getting divorced is not a big deal in this day and age. Everyone is surprised to hear her say this.

When they are away from the others, Hae in tells Hye Won that he is acting suspicious by being kind to her and treating her lovingly. She tells him coldly to behave like he always had. Having said that, she leaves.
Hye Won meets with Yang ki that night for drinks. He tells him that all his attempt at winning Hae in over wasn’t working. They had been at odds with each other for so long that it’s difficult to mend things. Yang ki then reminds him how crazy in love they had been before getting married that Hae in had visited him in an helicopter. Before marriage, they worked hard to be the best version of themselves to eachother but after marriage, they didn’t feel the need to try anymore. Yang ki concludes that no one should never get married.

She tells him to sleep on his bed and starts to leave but she then returns flustering Hyun woo as she gets closer to him. She tells him she had suspected him. She thought he would be happy to know that she was dying. Which was why she was doubtful when he started being nice to her. However, she can see that at least one person would grieve for her after she dies. She then assures Hyun woo that she would fight to live because of him. She had heard there were people researching on the disease. She would use her money to support them. Hopefully, they could come out with a cure. He is called by someone and then leaves but his words bother Hye Won more than he expected. He even badmouths him in the rest room, annoyed that he had told him about his relationship with Hae in.

It falls to the ground. Hyun woo then turns to look at her with worry in his eyes while she stares back in utter shock . The mist suddenly clears as he asks her if she’s okay.
The episode ends.
I absolutely enjoyed this episode and although Hyun Woo was quite cruel for wishing Hae In death but at the moment, he feels hurt after everything that has happened and probably thinks he doesn’t love her anymore. However, I can’t wait for him to discover that he does and for Hae In to finally become vulnerable with him.
