In Episode 15, Sun-jae and Im Sol are stuck on a Ferris Wheel. Im Sol falls asleep because she is sick with a fever. Sun-jae carries her to his house, gives her medicine, and watches over her as she sleeps. He sees that she is crying and calling out his name in her sleep.
In-hyuk and his band members visit Sun-jae’s house and start making fun of him for having a girl there. Sun-jae’s manager quickly tells them to leave.
Meanwhile, Tae Seong and his detective friend keep investigating the case. They find a clue from the cameras on the road and think that Sun-jae’s camera in his car might have recorded the number of Young-soo’s car. In this timeline, Young-soo is still a taxi driver who is watching over Im Sol.
The next day, Im Sol wakes up at Sun-jae’s house and wants to leave quickly. But Sun-jae convinces her to have breakfast first and tries to convince her not to quit her job. He offers to give her a ride home, but they bump into Tae Seong at the reception.
The detective is checking if the guards saw Young-soo. He is surprised to see Im Sol with Sun-jae. Im Sol explains she only came to talk about a movie her company is making. She wants to quit, but she has to go back because she said she is working with Sun-jae.
After Im Sol leaves with Tae Seong, Sun-jae feels even more jealous of the detective. He goes back home and finds out that Im Sol forgot her medicine. He thinks about whether he should take the medicine to her or not. His manager offers to do it, but Sun-jae says no. He goes to see Im Sol and sees her taking her nephew to the park nearby. He watches her from far away and hides when she looks in his direction. But then his phone rings and In-hyuk calls him.
Sol found him hiding in the slides, and even though he tried to lie at first, he eventually admitted he was there to see her. He gave her the medicine she needed and even tried to help calm down her nephew. But then the baby threw up on his shirt, making a mess.
In the messy situation, Im Sol brings Sun-jae to her house to take a shower. Luckily, no one else is home. Im Geum and Hyun-joo are out celebrating their lottery win without telling the family. Meanwhile, Grandma, Bok-soon, and Hyun-joo’s child are at the bathhouse where they meet Mr Ryu and talk about Sun-jae.
In a surprising turn of events, Bok-soon thinks Sun-jae should date Im Sol, but Gyeon-deok strongly disagrees. Gyeon-deok says Sun-jae would have to be crazy to like Im Sol. Little does he know, Sun-jae is at Im Sol’s house without a shirt on!
Sol and Sun-jae were almost caught arguing about what happened the previous night.
Sun-jae says Im Sol wouldn’t let go of his hands, but Im Sol says that’s not true. Im Sol hides Sun-jae in her room until her family is asleep, then she helps him leave without anyone noticing. While they are waiting, Sun-jae finds and picks up a special old watch that Im Sol had put in a time capsule. Im Sol tries to grab it from him, but it falls and breaks.
Sun-jae really tries to impress her by fixing things. He flirts with her easily and has a flashback of him kissing her at her door before leaving, which surprises him. When he gets home, he looks up what it means to think about kissing someone a lot. His friend In-hyuk sees what he’s doing and makes fun of him. In-hyuk explains that Sun-jae has a crush on the girl. He also says that another friend, Tae Seong, wants to talk to Sun-jae.
At the meeting, Tae Seong asks Sun-jae for his dashcam videos. Sun-jae agrees to help, but then they start talking about Im Sol and Sun-jae gets mad when Tae Seong calls her “My Sol.” In-hyuk feels stuck in the middle as the men argue over Im Sol.
Im Sol thought about things for a while and decided to go back to work. She apologized to her boss, who understood and was happy to have her back on the project because they believed in her. Im Sol also apologized to Sun-jae, who forgave her and agreed to keep working together. They talked about the story they were working on and decided that it was best for the female lead to sacrifice herself to save the man, even though it was sad. They didn’t want their lives to get mixed up again.
After the meeting, Sun-jae told Sun-jae that she loves someone else and asked him to stay away. Sun-jae was sad but promised to give her space. She said goodbye and left. Later, Tae Seong told her he had feelings for her, but she told him they were just friends and she was still thinking about a man from her past.
When she got home, she saw her Grandma there. This time, Grandma was able to talk and explained that she was just remembering things from the past. She said that memories don’t go away, they just stay with you. Im Sol remembered what her friends had said about feeling strange recently.

The next day, Sun-jae is surprised to find out that Im Sol quit her job. As he leaves, he switches the old watch and suddenly starts remembering things from the past, especially the sounds from his song sonaki. Meanwhile, Im Sol goes out for drinks and listens to sonaki, which coincidentally happens to be Sun Jae’s new song.
Meanwhile, Tae Seong and his partner track Young-soo down. They wait for him to finish his shift, but Young-soo spots the cuffs when they ask him to alight the car. He decides to make a run for it and steps on the pedal, leading to an intense car chase.
In the meantime, Sun-jae is done for the day and waiting for his driver to bring the car around. The memory flashes start getting intense, and he gets a massive headache, causing him to get disoriented. He steps onto the oncoming traffic and is nearly hit by Young-soo’s car. Thankfully, Tae Seong uses his car to prevent the accident. Sun-jae drops to his knees as the memory flash gets overwhelming, and faints. He starts crying as every memory of his life with Im Sol flashes before his eyes. On the other hand, it is like Im Sol telepathically feels Sun-jae calling out to her. However, she ignores the feeling and walks home.
The episode ends with Sun-jae lying on the ground as it snows.
