Su An apologizes to Woo Jin for the trouble he caused over the USB and for being rude earlier. Woo Jin, unbothered, brushes it off and instead expresses how much he enjoys their time together. Their conversation flows easily, and they end up talking through the night.
From that day on, Woo Jin frequently insists Su An joins him for drinks, often ignoring Su An’s personal schedule. One evening, while sipping soju, Su An asks Woo Jin if he has anyone else to spend time with. Woo Jin opens up, revealing he has cut ties with his family—his father left to be with someone else, and his mother chose to pursue her freedom. Su An, unsure how to comfort him, awkwardly pours another drink. Woo Jin lightens the mood, flirting, “I hope drinking with me tastes sweet.”
As the night wears on, the alcohol takes its toll. Both men grow tipsy, and Woo Jin moves closer to Su An. Despite initial resistance, Woo Jin kisses him. The moment is intense, and Woo Jin suddenly asks, “Do you want to date me?”
Su An returns the USB to his friend, but she’s stuck in a creative rut. She asks for ideas for her BL manga and jokingly inquires what it feels like to kiss a guy. Su An recalls his kiss with Woo Jin and replies, “Sweet, like soju.” She laughs, brushing it off as his usual silliness.
At work, Su An struggles with back pain after moving a sofa. Woo Jin, noticing his discomfort, offers to massage his back. Su An declines, but Woo Jin insists, creating an awkward scene when a colleague walks in. The colleague, who’s already suspicious, comments, “So, it’s public now?” Embarrassed, Su An tries to explain, but Woo Jin seems unfazed, continuing the massage. Before leaving, Woo Jin casually invites Su An to hang out after work.
Later, Su An finds himself secretly anticipating the meetup, even fixing his hair using his phone’s camera. However, Woo Jin informs him he has a last-minute meeting with the director. Su An feigns indifference, though he’s clearly disappointed. Woo Jin, sensing this, kisses Su An on the cheek and promises to make it up to him.
As Su An leaves work, he spots Woo Jin smoking outside and overhears a phone call. Woo Jin scolds someone for dating a much younger person, mentioning his dislike for serious relationships. When he notices Su An, he attempts his usual charm, but Su An retorts sharply, “You reek of cigarettes,” and walks off. At home, Su An stews, muttering, “What a bastard.”
At the office, Woo Jin criticizes Su An for a mistake, advising him to handle tasks better, especially since the company is struggling. Su An asks for permission to step out, and Woo Jin agrees.
However, Woo Jin later finds Su An sitting on the stairs, looking upset. Assuming it’s about the earlier mistake, Woo Jin tries to comfort him, reminding him of their upcoming business trip—their first outing together. He leans in, whispering, “Tomorrow night, you’ll be mine.” When he moves to kiss him, Su An finally snaps.
“I’m not like you, Woo Jin. I don’t do casual flings,” Su An blurts out, his voice trembling with frustration. “Find someone else.” He walks away, leaving Woo Jin stunned and confused.
