It’s the year 2008, Sol had fallen asleep on the bus. Sun Jae couldn’t bear to wake her up so he let her be. In hyuk had called him to tell him hin that it was the perfect opportunity to talk to her and profess his one sided love. However, just as they reached the second to the last stop, Sun jae’s books and pens fell from his bag. He bent to pick them up but unknown to him, Sol had gotten down already, leaving him inside the bus. When he discovers this, he pleaded with the driver to let him out but the man refused until they reached the last stop.
Sol decides to wait for another bus to take her home but when she sees a cab approaching, she hails it and as she’s about to enter, freezes the moment she sees a knife and rope on the car floor. She has an odd feeling and refuses the ride but ends up getting kidnapped by the driver.
Meanwhile, Sun Jae found his way back to her stop but can’t see her. He immediately starts searching for her. Sol wakes up in the empty cab and uses the driver’s absense to free herself from the rope tied around her hand with the knife. When the rope loosens, she runs away. The man discovers she has escaped and starts chasing after her in his car. Sun Jae finally sees her being chased and runs towards her. Upon seeing him, Sol settles down with relief forgetting the man who was still after her. Before she knows what happens, he runs her over and she falls into the sea. However, Sun Jae rescues her by jumping inside. But she’s unconscious and while trying to rouse her, the psychotic driver starts hitting him, intending to kill him but Sun jae is strong and manages to keep him pinned on the ground until the police come and arrest him.
Sol is taken to the hospital and Sun Jae cries with regret thinking he’s responsible for what happened to her.
Now in the present, Sol recognizes her kidnapper and tries to escape but someone else catches her. Meanwhile, Sun Jae believing she is in danger after seeing her umbrella on the steet goes to her house but meets her brother who has no idea where she is. He mentions that she has been acting weird saying she would have an accident soon. Sun Jae recalls the same thing and goes to the police for help but he meets the lazy uncooperative officer from the previous time Sol went. Of course, he doesn’t believe him but when he mentions that there was a girl who dropped by saying she would have an accident at the reservoir, Sun Jae gets curious.
Meanwhile, Sol escapes like she did before but this time she takes the psycho’s car keys so he wouldn’t be able to come after her immediately but he ends up pursuing her with a bus. Sol then dives into the bush determined not to reach the reservoir. But she runs for too long and ends up falling on the ground in exhaustion. Just then, Sun Jae finds her. Before the bus can run over her, Tae Seong’s father pulls over in his car. The psycho speeds away and Sol smiles to Sun Jae that she’s been saved.
But the watch in her wrist switches on and she suddenly finds herself in the future on a movie set acting as an extra in a historical drama. But she isn’t really an actress but a staff, working at a film production company. The man who is with her happens to be the man who had rejected her job interview because she was lame. Sol quickly recalls that she was to meet Sun Jae on that day January 1st to dig up the urn so she hurries there only to find out that it has disappeared, a wall has been built over it. While she’s reminiscing, Sun Jae drives past her to his apartment.
He meets In hyuk who is shamelessly bathing there. The relationship between the two of them is definitely far better than in the other future. In hyuk tries to convince him to accept a movie he rejected due to the unrealistic plot. They both quickly discover a saesang trying to enter the house and call the security. The saesang escapes but the security man sees Sol and mistakes her for the saesang because she’s wearing the same white padded jacket.
She’s taken to the station but denies stalking Sun Jae. However, when she hears from Sun jae’s manager that he won’t press charges on the stalker, she gets angry that he’s so soft. Sun jae’s manager recognizes her as the staff from the film production company that wants Sun Jae to star in their drama, Hero. They think she stalked him to take her anger out on him for rejecting the script.
Sol comes home but realises that her room is empty with no posters of Sun Jae anywhere which means that she was not his fan in the future. She also cannot find her watch. This pains her but she figures it’s for the best since she no longer needs to go back. The next day, she wakes up to see her grandmother still suffering from dementia like before. She gets ready for work, happy that she can now wear heels. But her grandmother leaves her shocked when she tells Sol that she can now walk. Sol asks if she can remember she was lame before. Her grandmother nods.
The conversation is interrupted when her mother arrives, urging her to get to work. Sol suddenly asks what happened to her kidnapper and her mother, surprised by the question, responds that he was arrested. This leaves Sol relieved. She forgets her earlier worries when her mother hands her the key to her car. She leaves excitedly but her mother is surprised she asked because she had always avoided mentioning it.
Sol excitedly drives to her work place, happy that she can climb the stairs and that she has her own office space. Her co-worker soon tells her their boss wants to meet her. Sool meets the female CEO who has already heard of the stalking incident but Sol maintains her innocence explaining she was mistaken for someone else. Her boss believes her but says they have to meet Sun Jae directly.
At the hotel meeting room, Sol imagines meeting Sun Jae again but he acts like a stranger who doesn’t know her. This causes tears to fall down her eyes. Her boss is confused so she leaves to dry her tears and compose herself only to receive a from Hyun ju crying that she’s in labor and no one else is answering her call. Sol, unfortunately has to leave but on her way, bumps into Sun Jae who is tying his shoe near a water fountain. He ends up falling inside. However, Sol doesn’t realize what she has done and keeps running until Sun jae’s manager stops her to scold her. She apologises, giving him her ID card before running off. Sun Jae only sees her back so has no idea she’s the one. The manager returns to him, telling him that she is his stalker after recognizing her ID card.
Sol accompanies Hyeju to the laboring room but gets the shock of her life when she realizes her brother Im Geum is her husband. He and her mother arrive with their first child, a girl. Sol in disbelief and shouts at Geum that he seduced her friend.
In the next scene, we see Sol apologizing to her co-worker on phone. He understands, especially since Sun Jae didn’t come due to an accident. He then tells her the CEO said she would handle the project herself. Sol gets a text from Sun Jae demanding over seven thousand dollars to buy him a new outfit after the one he wore got wet. She sends him a text thinking he’s a scammer. This leaves Sun Jae flustered as he takes pictures of his clothes to prove he isn’t a scammer. It was actually his manager who sent her the enormous amount. However, he gets embarrassed when his manager arrives at that moment, so he stops getting angry over a news article about him being wet.
Sol and Im Geum gush over his new born baby. She remarks how he gave up his dream of being an actor when she had the accident. Im Geum responds that he found something else that made him happy. They see Sun Jae’s billboard and Geum remarks he’s regretful he didn’t support Sun Jae when he had a crush on Sol those years ago. He thinks that if they meet again, he would fall in love with her like he did before. But Sol doesn’t believe that would happen, considering she had rejected him after he professed his love to her.
While Sol is going home, she sees a picture of Sun Jae and remembers all the times they spent together, crying that she misses him. The next day, Sol is at the police station, being given a notice of restraint from Sun Jae because she had made him fall in the water fountain. Sol cannot believe he was the one and cries out for not recognizing him. She finds out that he’s having a concert that day and comes to the venue with flowers so she could meet him but the woman who happened to be the same person she begged for access refused to let her in without a ticket.
So she calls his manager but believing she’s a stalker, he refuses even after she tells him Sun jae would know her by her name. So she shouts at him heavily and gives him her ID card, somewhat intimidating him. Sun Jae has already gone to perform with the other members so he drops the flowers for him.
However, Sol is quick to notice that everything that happened in the present also happened on the day Sun Jae died. He had sung his solo song and after the concert, someone had hit her causing her phone to crash to the ground. Sol then waits at the side of the road hoping that Sun Jae wouldn’t come but Sun Jae had seen her flowers after the concert and he calls her on the phone. Sol hears his voice behind her and the two come face to face. Sol can’t hold back her tears as she stares at Sun Jae.
He tells her it’s been a long time and asks why she’s under the snow but she replies that she was waiting for him. Sun Jae is surprised and asks how she knew he would come there but Sol replies that she just knew. His manager suddenly approaches them, reminding Sun Jae to attend the dinner meeting that night. However, fearing he might die, Sol stops him, pleading with him to spend the night with her that day. The episode ends.
