Han Bom and Ki Joo arrive at the hospital together. Han Bom breaks down in tears upon seeing her Grandmother’s corpse and Ki Joo tries his best to comfort her. Meanwhile, at the studio, Grandmother orders Seung ho and Baek Nam ku around but they don’t mind. Seung ho tells Grandmother to ask anything of Ki Joo. He would do them for her because he needs a favor from Han Bom.
At the funeral home, the detective from the police station, Detective Lee brings Han Bom the rice cakes her grandmother left behind. Han Bom wonders who she was going to give the rice cake to before she passed.
The next morning, Grandmother disturbs Ki Joo from his sleep criticizing him for sleeping in as a young man. Ki Joo is tired and reluctant to work for her since it’s still day but Grandma insists saying she would help him win Han Bom’s favor if he works well for her.
At the funeral hall, Han Bom is overwhelmed by all the preparations she has to make for her grandmother’s funeral. She tells the funeral planner she hasn’t even gotten her grandmother’s picture yet. That’s when Ki joo suddenly appears with the picture Grandma took with him. He also offers to help with the funeral arrangements.
When Han Bom asks how he is proficient in funeral planning, he replies it’s because of his job. Han Bom is desperate to know if her grandmother appeared to him but as per Grandmother’s wishes, he doesn’t tell her. Han Bom asks sadly about the ghosts who enter the studio. Ki Joo replies that it’s only the very desperate ones who had lingering regrets on earth that manage to arrive there through turbulent conditions. This pains Han Bom as she thinks she isn’t so important to her grandmother; she’s willing to go through so much to be with her for the last time. Ki Joo feels sorry for her.
Ki Joo makes the arrangements for the funeral. After that, mourners start trickling in to pay their respects. Seung ho possesses a female worker’s body to help Han Bom out at the funeral home. He even talks to Han Bom and tries to cheer her up before he is ejected. Han Bom tries to unlock her grandmother’s phone so she can let her contacts know of her death but she’s unable to. While she’s attending to guests, Baek Nam ku uses his powers to take the phone and bag.
The next morning, we see Grandma, Seung ho and Baek Nam all gathered together. Grandma seems more interested in getting Condolence money from all her contacts than meeting Han Bom. Ki Joo seems not to like it and is quite cold to her. Grandma senses it and when he’s gone declares to the others that she would have liked him if it weren’t for his temper.
Baek Nam later goes to pack up all of Grandma’s things at her trailer. The talkative neighbor and people around the park get into a crazy panic seeing objects moving around on its own.
Han Bom notices that her grandma’s bag and phone is gone. When she and her friend checks the surveillance camera, they are stunned to see the objects moving away by themselves. Han Bom wastes no time and storms into Ki Joo’s studio where Ki Joo is trying to persuade Grandma to see Han Bom one last time. Han Bom suddenly enters demanding to see her Grandma. Grandma is surprised to see her but she can’t touch her due to the protective shield which pushes her away. Despite Ki Joo trying to stop Han Bom, a picture of her and her grandmother in the studio along with some of her things is enough evidence.
Han Bom cries that her Grandma doesn’t want to see her but she doesn’t care because she promises to take her to see flowers.
Grandma gets angry when Han Bom goes to her house picking up clothes which she would use for their trip to see the flowers. She’s more interested in Han Bom returning to the funeral home and getting her condolence money. When Ki joo translates everything that her grandmother says to her, Han Bom is unhappy. She knows how much her grandmother loved to see flowers but she sacrificed all that in order to train her. But Grandmother is stubborn in her resolve.
While drinking, Han Bom tells Ki Joo all the things her grandma likes and tells him to give them to her when she’s finally living. She also tells him to relay to her how happy she was to be her granddaughter.
Han Bom returns to the funeral home and talkative neighbor comes, apologising for telling her grandmother about the Chief prosecutor and about her getting fired. She gives her condolence money before leaving. To her surprise, Kim Ji won, her friend, came back from Paris to see her. Han Bom is happy to see her but she also pours out her pain of losing her grandmother, blaming herself for bringing her pain. Ji won tries to comfort her.
Grandma along with the trio have finished compiling the list. They ask Grandma again if she isn’t going to see Han Bom but Grandma insists on her decision not to see her, afraid that it would be a burden to Han Bom.
At the funeral home, Han Bom hallucinates seeing her Grandma but it’s actually Ki Joo. He stays beside her letting her head rest on his shoulders as she cried. After sometime, he leaves a journal. As soon as he’s gone, Han Bom wakes up and sees the journal. It contains a list of all the people Grandma had helped. Not only that, it also contains notes of how Han Bom grew up over the years. Han Bom cannot contain her emotions and cries realizing how much her grandma loved her.
Grandma takes Ki Joo to her food trailer. There she tells him how she used that trailer selling food to raise Han Bom after her parents died. She stands on her decision not to see Han Bom and tells him the reason why she was so fixated on helping others during their funeral. It was because she hoped that when she died, these same people would also help Han Bom and keep her company during her funeral. Ki Joo then tells Grandmother of the pain he felt when his uncle disappeared suddenly. He wished he could have at least said good bye to him. He doesn’t want Han Bom to feel like that.
That night, Grandma prepares to leave the world. Seung ho tells her it’s very rare for Ki Joo to do an outdoor shooting. They go out to her trailer. However, she’s surprised with a reunion with Han Bom. Ki Joo and the other two had planned everything. They even got ghosts to spray flowers above Han Bom and Grandma. Han Bom is happy to finally see Grandma again and she expresses how proud she was of Han Bom. They enjoy their last moment before taking a final picture.
Grandma disappears and as Ki Joo watches Han Bom wail as she clutches the picture of them together to her chest, it dawns on him that he has broken the rule for the first time by going against a visitor’s wish.
At the studio, Baek Nam ku tells Ki Joo he broke the rules for the first time. He asks why he treats Han Bom differently and if he has feelings for her. At first, Ki Joo is tongue tied but then he denies it and answers he only owes her because of a coupon.
The next morning, Seung ho goes to greet Han Bom as she comes out of her house but she walks past him. She meets Ki Joo outside. After reminding him she’s now his new landlord, she then thanks him for giving her the journal. (She remembered he was the one with her)
Just as Ki Joo is about to enter the house, she suddenly turns to face Seung ho directly as she asks Ki Joo when she would stop seeing ghosts. Ki Joo and Seungho are both shocked as Han Bom continues to look straight at Seung ho. She says that now that she’s seeing his face she’s certain she has never had a blind date with him. She confirms that since she took the picture with her grandmother, she can see ghosts and even reads aloud the name tag around Seung ho’s neck. She also identifies all the other ghosts that surround them. Ki Joo is shocked by this anomaly that has suddenly occurred
The episode ends.
